In the past, Dr. Loatman has worked at McLean’s Behavioral Health Partial Hospital Program and was involved in supervising clinical staff and organizing the graduate student practicum program.  Dr. Loatman also collaborated with McLean’s OCD Institute and the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Program to deliver specialized clinical services to patients with OCD and substance use disorders. Dr. Loatman then worked as a part-time assistant psychologist at Fernside, a signature recovery program run by McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School for patients with both mental health issues and substance use issues.

Currently, Dr. Loatman works in private practice full time
